  Conference Dinner : SAP Australia Pty. Ltd are pleased to sponsor a conference dinner on the evening of Wednesday 27th for delegates and their partners. The dinner venue will be the Melbourne Aquarium.

  The Registration Fee includes the following:

  • A 10% Australian Government goods and services tax is included in the following fees All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include a 10% GST Payment must be made in Australian dollars
  • Attendance at all sessions of the conference
  • Welcome reception
  • Morning and afternoon teas, lunches on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday
  • Conference satchel and proceedings
  • Conference Dinner

Accommodation

Please be aware that this period is high season which may mean that accommodation will be at a premium. You are therefore advised to book your accommodation early. Corporate rates are available at accommodation providers.

Cancellation

Refunds on Registration/Workshops/Accommodation are applicable as follows

Before 25th February 2002	Full refund minus $100 administration fee
After 25th February 2002	No refunds

The Conference Secretariat must receive cancellation in writing by the dates specified.

Terms & Conditions

Monash University shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Monash University including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. Monash University will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause.
